I would like to thank Amarillo Spa Boni, specially ER (one of the masseurs) for their excellent massage service. ER knew how to find the infamous and so-called “lamig†in my back for I am 170 lbs with big bulky bones and muscles.
He also provided timely and helpful advices regarding the usual time for a good massage for a busy person like me. He mentioned important information regarding the pros and cons of stress and massage. I am a busy professional guy who constantly and sometimes urgently require de-stressing. ER was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that I would feel a lot better next morning and yes, felt light and relaxed.
He also recommended a good oil; I liked it, the minty one.
You could tell that he knew what he was doing. Please accept my gratitude towards ER and to your friendly staff for their speedy and efficient services. I will surely go back to this spa. I would especially like to commend ER for his professionalism and superlative skills.

The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Russell for the excellent service he provided to Amarillo Boni clients, throughout the ramp-up and wee hours of after midnight. In my opinion, the level of service that Mr. Russell extended your client service was far beyond my expectations.
I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the superb, courteousness and massage service provided by Mr. Russell, that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. These people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from healthy living and well being industry, the work that Russell did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Russell was that there were no additional financial rewards involved. It appears that it was simply his extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer/client service and support that motivated him to always go the extra mile. Their example even had a positive impact on the attitude and productivity of your very own staff!
In closing, I believe that Russell and his team truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of your spa clients.

I was welcomed by a sleeping lady on my first visit. I was about to leave when someone came so, nakisabay na lang ako. My services are cheap but because of the reviews, I tried to avail.
Before I proceeded to the massage room, I first went to CR to pee and to my dismay, the CR in the ground floor is in the middle of bad and not-so-good. May tagas pa yung lababo. Flush and bidet not working. I didnt like it at all. The management should consider renovating it.
The massage was really good. The masseur definitely knows what he’s doing. And because of this, I will definitely come back. But I am still disappointed of the CR tho.
I’ve been to every single spa situated in Mandaluyong and Amarillo is by far the most relaxing. Very nice and accomodating staff.
I’m instantly hooked with their foot reflex and dry massage. Really liked the ambience. I’ve completed 2 loyalty cards to date. Seriously.
Ever since their Boni branch opened, I never bothered checking out other Spas even if it is located closer to where I live. One of the reasons i always go to Amarillo is that they are open til 5 or 6-ish in the morning. Most Spas are only til 2am or there aren’t any female therapist available.
The only thing that i don’t like is when it rains heavily, there would be flood within the vicinity like most areas in metro manila. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon. Nonetheless, highly recommended, affordable and great service.
Same with Mr. Zee, my first massage experience was with Amarillo Spa Boni branch. Like him at first I’m kinda hesitant and nervous to try but once I entered the spa and have asked the receptionist about the services they’re offering,the way they converse with their customer you can say that they are very accommodating making me less nervous..hehe..you can even crack jokes with them..haha. As to the service/performance of the spa there’s no doubt that they’ve been in this business for quite a long time,the massage room are neatly organized, nice bathrooms, and most especially the masseurs, they are really good and polite, giving you the right pressure taking away the pain on your tired muscles. To sum it all, this massage spa is not just your ordinary spa, this spa is committed to provide you good quality customer service.
Compared to the surrounding spas in that area of boni, amarillo looks better inside and out. Haven’t tried it yet but i might visit soon. Too bad for zara boni, they closed already. Amarillo is really looking for a match.
Amarillo Spa the formerly Tra Le Spa is never miss my expectation of having a good massage everytime I went here to relieved my stress after having a long day of work… The receprtionist and very accommodating… The Thera who handled me was kevin he is not good looking though his routine was superb and he knows how to spot the stress balls in your back… To the Management Lee and Dax kudos to you guys!!!! Keep it up and hope you have added massage services… Super SATISFIED….

This is what it means price should never compromise quality. I am always getting the quality hard massage that i need on a price that wont bleed me. They are the good guys among the spas along sucat road. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘👠for that.

My first massage experience was with Tra Le now known as Amarillo Spa, I was quite nervous because it was my first time to enter a massage spa. But the receptionist was friendly and accommodating so it made me feel relaxed. The therapist who handled me was friendly very courteous, he took instructions attentively, consistent with pressure and very detail oriented. I had a very relaxing time that I came back not just once but every weekends to be pampered and be stress free. as of november ’14

And my review after my every weekend visits…
The place is clean and aromatic. They have air cooler or air neutralizers inside and it smells like a hotel.
a bit dim/dark but I guess it’s alright since it gives a more privacy and a relaxing atmosphere to it.
-The cubicles are not that big but spacious enough for the therapist to move around. Some are divided by wood partitions and the other side with curtains. (I guess that’s the couple’s room?)
-Beds don’t have face holes but it’s fine because there are neck pillows available. Bed size is okey, however I have to adjust every now and then because of my height. (One more thing though, the bed in the middle cubicle by the left side is kinda squeaking, better check it out.)
-Comfort room is clean and decent, it’s odorless. Hot and cold water available in the shower. (If you want to take bath before the massage..though I haven’t tried it.)
-Oils? so relaxing and smells great. I am addicted to cool mint. You should try it.
-Services? I have been going back since October 2014 even if they changed the name, the services rendered are still same or maybe have leveled up. The masseurs know what they are doing and they are consistent with every strokes and makes sure that all pressure points are hit.
Masseurs I’ve tried.
-Bryan, highly recommended, in demand and known for his stretching techniques (I think that’s thai massage?) Very professional and has good sequence with his massage. I have tried him thrice.
-Jay Ar, my suki. Highly recommended too. Polite and jolly. Knows how to knock out those aching bones. Stretching techniques are superb. Massage is awesome, pressure is consistent. I can hear my back bones crack to relaxation with every press. And as a customer I guess we have our own standards with the techniques used in massage, I got Jay Ar as a regular masseur.
-Dante. I tried him once but never got him again. as stated above, he have our own standards with the techniques used by masseurs and his didn’t satisfied my aching back a bit. maybe because it was late in the evening? an upskill training would be good.
-Patrick. He is slim but don’t under estimate the pressures he can give. Consistent as well and that karate chop at my back felt majestic.
-Mark, haven’t tried him yet. But maybe one of these days I might.
-Female masseuse MJ and Ashley, such cuties.. adorable and always smiling. Gives a very welcoming touch to the spa.
Promos? I was able to get batch one of the loyalty card and I was able to consume in like 1 month. I hope batch 2 card will be available. The promo before is visit 5 times and you get 50% off your massage on the 6th visit. Visit 5 times again and you get free ear candling when you avail of 1 hr massage on the 12th visit.
-Overall. I am happy with this spa. It may not be as luxurious and well known but the services are phenomenal. As long as the masseurs I recommended are with this spa, I won’t go somewhere else. I may have tried some spa around but it only added aggravation on my part.
To the management. Daxie and Lee, whom I haven’t met. Kudos for your hard works and making sure you take care not only of the clients but your employees as well. It’s noticeable how happy they are with Amarillo.
And my last suggestion would be refurbishing the couch in the waiting area, seems like it needs a new cushion/foam.
