November 2026: Huge Website Improvement Rollouts on Manila Touch

Manila Touch has been helping Filipinos find a massage since 2010. This November we rolled out the biggest upgrade in the site’s history, built around one goal: sending more customers to our listed businesses and advertisers.

If you own a spa or a home and hotel massage service, or you run a Leaderboard Banner with us, here is everything that changed and how it works for you.

A brand-new homepage, built around our advertisers

The homepage was rebuilt from scratch, and Leaderboard Banners are now front and centre. Right under the search bar, they sit in the main column where every visitor sees them first.

• Every live Leaderboard Banner shows on the homepage, whatever area your business serves.
• A big search bar on top, so visitors start looking for a massage the moment they arrive.
• New sections for spas and home and hotel services, with tabs by region, plus massage types, popular locations and guides.
• A smarter sidebar with Near Me, Top Rated, Open 24 Hours, Male Therapists, Boracay and the latest customer reviews.
• Businesses with their own real photos are shown first. Listings using stock photos only fill in the gaps, so uploading your own photos puts you ahead.

1,000+ new listings and 300+ new pages that bring customers in

We added over 1,000 new businesses nationwide, from Metro Manila to the Visayas and Mindanao. Manila Touch now lists more than 1,600 spas and over 150 home and hotel massage services. A bigger directory means more people searching here, which means more eyes on your listing and your banner.

We also launched more than 300 new pages that match how people actually search, like “Nuru massage in Makati”, “home service massage in Pasay” or “24-hour spa in Quezon City”. Each one pairs a massage type with a city, across 19 massage types. These pages are built to show up on Google and bring searchers straight to the businesses listed on them.

Your own Spa Owner Portal

You can now claim your listing and manage it yourself, for free. Our team checks every change before it goes live, so listings stay accurate and trustworthy.

Every claimed listing can update:

• Business details, contact numbers, hours, rates and description
• Your logo and main listing image

Active advertisers also unlock:

• Up to 2 promo banners on your listing page
• A photo gallery of up to 10 photos of your facilities, rooms and amenities (spas)
• A therapist gallery with photos and names (spas and home and hotel services)

Leaderboard clients: once you claim your listing, your banner links to your account. You can see how many days are left, send us a new banner design for approval, and get reminder emails before it ends.

Customers can message advertisers in one tap

Advertisers now get direct chat buttons on their listing page. A customer taps Viber or WhatsApp and lands straight in a chat with you, with no copying of numbers.

These buttons turn on automatically while your Leaderboard Banner is running and come back the moment you renew. Your listing page also stays free of other businesses’ banners while you advertise, so customers on your page see only you.

New ways to stand out

Beside the Leaderboard Banner, there are now two more ways to get in front of customers.

Featured spots are limited to 3 businesses per city, and each Sponsored Nearby area has only one sponsor at a time. When a spot is taken, it opens again when the current one ends.

Real reviews from real customers

We replaced the old anonymous star votes with proper customer reviews. Customers sign up with their email or Google account, then leave an overall star rating, a written review and optional ratings for things like therapist, cleanliness and value.

• Every review is checked by our team before it goes live, so fake or abusive reviews don’t get through.
• One review per customer per business, and owners can’t review their own listing.
• You can reply publicly to any review from your Spa Owner Portal.
• You get an email each time a new review on your listing goes live.

Good reviews now raise your listing’s star rating directly, so asking happy customers to leave one really pays off.

A faster, cleaner, safer site

• Near Me: customers tap one button on the Explore page and see spas sorted by distance from where they are, plus home and hotel services in their city.
• One easy sign-up form: new spas and home and hotel services now use a single form to get listed.
• No more Google ads or pop-up notifications: pages load faster and look cleaner, so customers stay focused on your business.
• Adults-only confirmation: listings and pages for adult massage services now ask visitors to confirm they are 18 or older. This keeps the site responsible and protects the businesses listed on it.
• Booking pages are coming soon: customers will be able to send booking requests straight from your listing. We’ll announce it once it’s ready.

What to do next

1. Claim your listing. Find your business on Manila Touch and tap “Claim this listing for free”. It takes a few minutes.
2. Update your details and photos. Add your real logo and photos so you show up ahead of stock-photo listings.
3. Advertisers: add your Viber and WhatsApp numbers in your Spa Owner Portal so the one-tap chat buttons appear on your page.
4. Ask happy customers for a review. More good reviews mean a higher star rating.
