  1. Very responsive to customer’s concerns and complaints. I pointed out concerns regarding my dissatisfaction to nail service but responded right away and even offered home service to re-do the manicure. Very good in service recovery.

  2. Hi I just want to point out concerns regarding the service. I just had my manicure service done earlier when an irate customer came because of appointment issues. She came and was supposed to be served, unfortunately I was being accommodated at that time. For some reason, I don’t know why the employees on duty thought it was okay to tell the irate customer “Patapos naman na po siya(pertaining to me)” when I just started. So does that mean I would be rushed? But since the customer refused to wait, she left and did not get anything done for her. So my concern is, I am disappointed with how my nail service turned out. It was poorly done. My nail was not filed enough as the edges were rough and uneven, and my nail was shaped irregularly. I did not get the quality of the price I paid for. I don’t know if she was rattled or panicked by the irate customer that led to me getting less than what I paid for. I hope this can be addressed and improved.
