The Manila Hotel Spa is the in-house spa of the heritage Manila Hotel at One Rizal Park in Ermita, beside Rizal Park and Manila Bay. Its best-known treatment is a traditional Filipino hilot, in which the therapist first checks the back for tension and then works with banana leaves soaked in warm coconut oil along specific meridians. Sessions can last up to two hours, and the full menu is published as an image on the hotel’s site. The spa is open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM. Reservations are made through the hotel’s landlines, and in-house guests can dial the operator. Rates are subject to change and are not listed in text.
