Hotel & resort spa in El Nido
Lagen Wellness Sanctuary is the spa of Lagen Island Resort, one of the El Nido Resorts island properties in the El Nido–Taytay protected area of Palawan, run by Ayala Land Hospitality. It opened after a year-long renovation that finished in May 2026. The garden spa has three treatment rooms and a hydrotherapy circuit with hot and cold plunge pools, steam, sauna and vitality pools, with separate indoor and outdoor areas for men and women. Treatments use ESPA skincare and native botanicals, and the menu includes a Babaylan-inspired heritage healing therapy. A Pilates studio with reformers and a gym complete the facility, and visiting practitioners run occasional programmes.
