City Spa ok sana doon kaso ang stema nila operated from 11pm to 4am lang daw then 30 mins ka lang doon, di puwede lumampas. pag early than 11pm you have to pay 300.00 for 30 mins para magamit mo steam nila. sana ginawa ng management operation ng steam nila from 6pm onwards na lang and walang limit sa oras.

Dito pa naman kpg pumunta ka sigurado masisiyahan ka at di k uuwi ng luhaan. Yung mga male thearapist pwede b sila mag hotel service muna habang closed ang spa.

I was surprised to find Hashtag City Spa so mediocre. Upon entering, you don’t feel like you’re in a spa. The atmosphere is more like that of an office– so cold and uninviting. I wasn’t even sure I entered the correct premises. The lady receptionist, however, was nice and accommodating. I was informed that I would have to wait 2 hours for my turn to get a massage, as there were so many clients that night and there were only 4 masseurs. She said I could use the steam room in the meantime. I was surprised when some clients came out of the locker/shower area in their towels and talked to the receptionist, as if it were the most normal thing! This was not looking promising at all.
I paid P500 and was given a locker key that had old Scotch tape around it (must be how they label the locker number, although my key was just all tape) and proceeded to the locker area with a towel and robe. (No shorts!) The gray wooden lockers looked like they were made by a very unskilled worker. The owner of this spa could not even invest in some hardware for the handles, as they’re all made of wood too. As I noted earlier, there was no spa-like feel about the place, and it was sadly confirmed in the shower area. It looked like a laundry room, and the empty “jacuzzi” looked scary. To be fair, the water pressure was strong, but there was no hot water. I entered the small, dark steam room but there was no steam and I waited for it to come on. After waiting about 5 to 10 minutes, it didn’t seem like it was coming on at all. There were several clients who complained to the receptionist about it, but she kept saying that it was just “resting.”
I decided to just go home and asked the receptionist for a refund. Not going back.
