    Very bad experience here…tama lahat ng previous comments, service is bad, therapists are rude…dont even try here, isang beses lang aku pumunta dito and never came back again

    lousy booking service. i wasted 1 day waiting for the nail therapist, 3pm appointment, i called at 4pm.. only to be told i wasnt booked and the employee was absent. lousy lying. not professional and dont care about people’s time.

    super bad service 🙁 i saw eric’s comment above and called this spa only after two others that offered late night manicures said they were fully booked. th technician did NOT have any cotton with her and I had to give her cotton. Did NOT use any of their towels or nail polish and instead used our own towels and Revlon and Sally Hansen bottles at home. I asked her not to use any merthiolate.Technician was mabait but so tired and sleepy that yung steel cuticle pusher kept jabbing underneath my cuticles sobrang sakit. I told her wala nang massage after and yun nalang kasi pagod na siya (it was 1am) but siya na yung sumuko. She finished my left hand and two fingers of my right hand (no polish yet). WOW in my 40 years of mani peds first ito. The receptionist and another woman at their office then called my cell 17 times and texted also. I called them back to say sto calling and of course ang rude. The woman in the background kept making comments (maldita ito, etc) making sure I heard it. WOW parang tumawag sa Bilibid prison lol. If the P125 for the pedicure anf P125 for the unfinished manicure are the issues, you should see photos I took of my nails and damaged cuticles. We also provided everything (cotton, polish, towels, nail cutter, file, brush) except acetone and nail pusher. P250 is one starbucks drink but it doesnt matter if piso yung price ninyo or isang libo. You offer home service without having any cotton, you damage my fingers from jabs from the nail pusher and hindi tatapusin ng technician yung trabaho, yet expect me to pay? Then afterwards you insult and call me names on the phone. Sorry po but thats not right. This is my first and last time calling up this place.

    traumatic ang experience ko dito. pinaghintay ako ng one hour then bigla sinabi walang available na therapist!! wag nyo na itry, instead marelax kayo mahahassle lang kayo.
