Arogya, in Sanskrit, means “perfect health”. The term Ayurveda combines two Sanskrit words: “ayur,” which means life, and “veda,” which means knowledge. “It is a traditional way that originated in India and passed on from guru to student through oral tradition for more than 3,000 years. Ayurveda promotes balance of body, mind, and spirit, and restores the balance if it is lost.

How long is the treatment? Can i still stay in the room and get some sleep after the treatment?

treatments can be from 1 hr to almost 2 hrs, all by apointment and after consultation to find out which oil or treatment you need, you get some 10mn to rest after treatment and before shower.

Arogya has only 3 treatment rooms, all with private shower and toilet, yes you can remove the oil after the treatment, we also have steam which can be given to some patients.

Hi Arogya,
Aside from the expensive authentic ayurvedic oils, do you have saunas or hot shower facilities?
I am asking so I know that I can rinse the oil after the session. Thanks!

Arogya does not offer lingam treatment

Arogya only use expensive authentic ayurvedic oils for balancing and detoxifying the body. It is the only such center in the Philippines. The treatments are purely traditional ayurvedic procedures for better health.
