I tried their Whole body scrub last time… It was superb.. and when they said “whole body”. they mean whole body… lahat ng sulok ng katawan ko kinuskos… and yet very relaxing padin… ang smooth ng balat ko after… scrub talagang matatawag… though sometimes you will feel some pain dahil so sobrang diin ng scrub, but good thing is you can always call the attention of your massuer… sinasabi naman nil at first pa lang ng kung mahapdi eh just say so para mareduce yung pagdiin.. another thing, kung sanay ka sa ibang spa na nagiiscrub na may gloves pang ginagamit sa kamat.. ibahin niyo ang Eight Stroke… Bare hands ang ginagamit nila… which is very good since alam nila kung may salt pa bang iniiscrub… Further is, ikaw mismo ang magpapaligo sa sarili mo… Your massuer will jsut prepare what you will be needing inside the bathroom and you will do it all by yourself. The matresses? Malinis naman… bagong bago kasi ang lugar. this year lang ata yun nagawa… extension ng lumang cubicles nila… basta, so far dito sa Las Pinas, sila ang may pinakadabest na Scrub Service…. Nurse Chad- I came to visit your spa and was surprised to find out that you are offering medico-sensual massage. Out of curiousity, I tried it. The massage was somehow good but I was wondering why it is labeled as ‘medico’. The massage is relaxing but can you please explain the ‘medical’ benefit of getting this type of massage, if any? I find it awkward though that a therapist would do ‘such’ a massage. I am sorry but there really is malice to it.
Second, there are clients availing your services at the time of my visit which is a good sign that your therapists may be doing a great job. I was wondering though your basis for claiming to be the number 1 spa in Las Pinas? Is it foot fall? Number of clients a day? Gross revenues per month? Number of branches? If indeed true, you need to have sufficient data to prove your claim. Not to put you down, but it is not a good marketing strategy to promote your spa without any solid basis. Since you are looking for people interested to franchise or pour money to your business for growth and expansion, my unsolicited advice to you is not to overly promote your spa relying solely on your ‘opinion’ of where your spa stands. This ticks off potential people to franchise in your spa.

i am now a regular client of 8strokes…i would say its a decent spa…unlike others na may inoofer pa na other services…dito lang ako naka experience ng pure massage for an hour nothing more nothing less…even sa body crub u will wash your bdoy by yourself…its good para nga naman maiwasan ang indecent act or idecent proposal…good job nurse CHad…sori naistorbo kita one time sa paper works…nagmamasage ka din pala…sana mafeel ko din one time ang mga pressure ng hands mo..AWESOME dennis and mikko…Kudos to both of u..good job…thanks din s receptionist sobrang bait nya…

The owner sir no since he is in kuwait but the trainor/nurse of the clinic yes but it depends on his availability nd strictly by appointmnt but do not worry sir nurse chad will have a regular schedule once our cardio, diabetes and nutrition clinic will open. Because we want to give a better services for wellness. Soon we will have medical specialists like cardiologist, diabetologist, nutritionist/dietitian and ur diabetes nurse educator/trainor on board.

Mikko is one of their best therapist, he’s my therapist for more than a year now. Sometimes you have to understand that those people are working until dawn. I think you cannot blame the therapist if the feel sleepy. They are HUMANS not a ROBOT.

Nung minamasahe ako ok naman sa back pero nung sa legs na parang hinihipo na lang yung legs ko, oo sensual massage nga. pero ganun ba dapat ? kasi ang sakit parin ng legs ko di man lang namasahe. nahiya naman ako sabihan yung babae nagmamasahe kasi baka napunta ako sa spa na nag oofer ng es kaya ganun.

I don’t know!!! but the massage was a bit quirky yet fun, I know those two words don’t have anything to do with a massage but I was just stunned because the guy who was doing me literally did me in a legit way and that was one of the finest days of my life (seriously). The massage was 8/10 but then you have been telling us it is a combination of the ORIE/OCCI styles but there was not trace of the oriental stuff.
But honestly, the place was an improvement from the last time I did have me massage. The place was okay-ish but those cover fabrics were totally ruining whole experience.
Anyway, I may return after a week and would like to keep the same person who did me, I just wanna ask if you keep records of the names we have dealt with? Cause I don’t know the guy’s name, but he was tall and fair-looking.

Had been for quite some time here and the massage was superb as to compare to other SPAs here in Las Pinas…In my 11 mos of stay here in Las Pinas, Ive been searching for a credible Spa and but failed to find one not unitl i tried the Spa last October… The therapist assgined to me was Alvin then. A very good looking nice man.. Kung gaano kabait ang awra niya, ganun din ang ugali niya. Very professional. Yung experience ko sa kanya ang naging batayan to say na ito na talaga ang SPA na hinahanap ko.. Alam mo yung “maginoo pero mejo bastos”..? ganun ang serbisyo nila… They will treat you professionally with a slight touch of sensuality.. Sayang lang sumampa na ng barko si Alvin… now, I am in search again, but not for SPA, searching for a Massuer of 8stroke na magpapaamo sa katawan ko… Kudos Nurse Chad..

i just want to tell that John is not a good masseur.. I had my massage yesterday! I thought that he is good because his hands are blend of heaven on my body. I was surprise that he wasn’t massage me he just touching my genitals.. i know it was s-touch but knowing that this has to be with massage and not will all of those touching of genitals like nipples, dick and my balls.. I’m so angry yesterday! but i have to be fine.. arrhhgghh.. my back is still aching and he doesnt massage me in a right manner.. I hope that Sir Chad who is monotoring the spa will make difference somehow on how the masseurs will do it professionally! thanks!

Hi meds, i am sorry to hear your concern but let me clarify sir what do you mean po labas ng labas? You are basically correct sir na dpat prepared na sila during the therapy but we allow our therapist to stretch drink water and do proper breathing after the first 30mins of therapy as part of our recovery phase since we would like to give justice on each strokes on your massage to maintain its consistent pressure.
Regarding naman po sa yapak, we would like to apologize but its the built in floor npo ng building since its a wood that is why most of our therapist wear socks outside the cubicle to maintain silence while walking and we also advised our clients to walk silently but there are still some cannot control their feet. We cannot put carpet because bugs and bad smell are more prone to develop and we consider it unhygienic,
We are doing our best to find the best solution for this, in fact we are now on our 3rd renovation and expansion and hopefully we can reduced the noise sir. Again Thank you for your consideration,

So I went to this place to get a massage one Sunday night. My experience and my feedback are written down.
1. The Location. When I looked it up online to know the exact business address, I learned that that it’s along Alabang-Zapote road, which was not useful because AZR is a rather long street, which the name intelligently suggests so. So if you need to put up a new business and it has to be along AZR make sure you post the complete address. But that’s another story. This site, however, bears the exact location and landmark details so good job to you, whoever made this site. “Sa tapat ng RFC, and 22nd Street” said another search entry. And there it was right at the upper corner of a small building showed a sign that read Eight Strokes MediSpa. I had to take the stairs that led to a hallway that led me to the front door of MediSpa at the far end of the building. With not so much high expectations, I entered the door and greeted by the receptionist with a smile on her face, unassuming and, professional-looking.
2. The Facility. Every time I choose a massage place I always check the ability of the place to make my presence “unannounced” and less felt to other people who are either waiting for their turn or to staff members lounging by the entrance. The facility uses a sliding glass door, and almost immediately people took notice of my arrival by the sound of the sliding door or by the image of myself penetrating through the glass, or both. I was additionally welcomed by a guy who, without clearly explaining things, gave me a pair of tsinelas:Do I need to wear them now? Where do I leave the ones I’m wearing? Praning lang. Right behind the frontdesk is a dark corner that leads to the massage area. But before I got in my spa room I was offered the first pampering treatment: the guy who gave me a pair of slippers washed, sanitized, and towel dried my feet. Now I understand why he had to be the one to give me those slippers. Hah.
3. The Massage. The thing about getting a massage is that it shouldn’t involve a lot of talking. It should be a quiet time for yourself and the connection really has to be between your masseur and your body. But, expectations have to be set I believe: how long is the procedure, what are the “strokes” included in the massage, and how do you use the bed, the pillow to your comfort. Massage is about relaxation, it’s about the trust that you give to your masseur or masseuse that he can do the job while making sure you feel comfortable all throughout. And I think that’s my biggest complaint. I thought the spa would be better off if they upgraded the bed and added those “face hole” to ease the pain of relentlessly turning the neck left and right. I supposed the small long pillow was for it but then again I didn’t know. My masseur started on my buttocks, down to my legs and feet. I understood what I was getting and I was ready for those sensual touches and pressure. Then he went up again massaging my back. The procedure involved a lot of circular palm-opened massage targeting a larger area of the body at each stroke. I could only hope that he had undergone training and knew how much pressure could be applied to which part. I thought there were nerves that got hit rather bad. But then again it’s my first time here. One has to know that s-message would touch one in all body parts: both the exposed and unexposed. That said, the massage would be very intimate and soothing.
4. The Verdict. While it seems that MediSpa can still improve on so many things, I thought this place remained true to its claim that their goal is to give a relaxing massage; no more, no less. The crew members seemed dignified yet naive and it was manifested by how they professionally served me at every opportunity. I hope to see this business grow and the services improve. And that seems likely for 8Strokes MediSpa, that despite the competition, the clinic manages to correct stereotypes about the business and set a decent standard in reflexology. 6/10

Eight Strokes is commendable! I was really relaxed with the s-massage that was given by John. The therapists as well as the receptionist are very professional. Although I was assigned at the cubicle near the restroom (I presume), the lights go on and off, sort of distracts me. If you can place a piece of wood to cover the light and not pass through the cubicles, it would be great. Also, the therapists can sometimes go noisy and distract the relaxing moment. In all, this is one of the best spas I’ve been to, not to mention its very affordable price. I’m going back soon to try other therapists and their offerings.

I feel your medico-sensual massage is interesting but it lacks the depth, variety of strokes and generally the thoroughness I expect to get from massage places I frequent (Manoli, White Palace, Amistad, etc.) If you can add this to your routine + your medico sensual slant, it would even be better even if it would mean charging more.

I went here yesterday with my foreigner friend. We did not enjoyed the massage since the massage we were chose was sensual massage, that we expected from the regular sensual massage salon in US that the therapist should be topless or half nude since it is an interaction of the body both of the two parties, but what happened that therapist wearing a white sando and just a spandex short. Gosh!! every time the therapist touches my body his white sando covers my face with his sweat.. yak!!! My friend and I were disappointed, and promise not to come back again.. If you are client-centered as you said in your previous replied, why don’t you change the uniform of your employee so the clients will be happy. Since we are not expecting you to offer us extra service but from that you will satisfy your client since that is “S-massage” that has sensual massage. Well, as other client said that from the start you are allowing your employee to be in topless while they are doing the massage, since this spa became popularized why don’t you bring back the uniform of your staff.. You have to remember that the US culture is different from Philippine culture. The spa is practicing being conservative without sacrificing the comfort of their clients. Wouldn’t it be exciting to be raided by Filipino police and find a naked homo and a guy in boxers touching each other’s bodies?
Also consider the mechanics or description of the spa when it comes to S-Strokes. I do not recall them saying that it is the sweaty unison of two bodies to promote health and relaxation.
Furthermore, on your comment “sando covers my face with his sweat.” Would you have preferred that his sweat covered body touched your face? The added exclamation to that statement is laughable. I don’t believe YAK applies anymore.
We are equally disappointed in your poorly constructed criticism, as your message is somewhat contradicting. You have said that you don’t wish to go back but you ended the complaint with more power. Weird huh?
If you had a business, you’d have to place equal measure to clients demands against cultural and business demographic. Immediately acting on the spite of another is never the answer. Please provide the business time to study the market. Only to find out that you are only 5% out of 95% and the 80% of the 5% is not as shrewd as you.
Finally, you should have told Nurse Chad about it, I believe you are acquainted.

hmmmm,, I went here yesterday but my masseur named WILL.. Unluckily, I am not satisfied with the massage he offered to me because he touches me SOFTLY, unlike other masseur there. Though he is “HIPON”,, I would not recommend him to anyone. I thought you changed your uniform but that masseur, he does not shown me his body that made me bored. Yhuan, to give justice to the owner as well as the therapist:
- You could have told Will to give you a harder massage. He is not deaf. I guarantee that he could give a hard massage. I have a high pain tolerance. Sa bigat ng kamao nun baka mamatay ka.
- Why does he need to be half-naked, or better yet barely wear anything? Are you going to give him a massage? You could have told him AGAIN if you preferred a better uniform. By then you could have been given good judgement on your preference.
- Hipon? If you want to get a massage from good looking guys, get it from a paid escort. These people are doing their best to please clients. They do not deserve to be bombarded with personal sentiments.
Or baka naman he did not give into your special requests as implied by your sensual message? Then again, everyone has to be given the benefit of the doubt, donchatink? ^_^

Hi Sir Yhuan, i appreciate and understand your comments but i want to clarify some of your statement sir:

> As part of quality control, 8strokes have (5) five criterion in evaluating the massage of the therapists and one of it is “PRESSURE” and as their trainer with a medical background i can assure you sir that WIL has capability in providing you a hard pressure massage considering of his built sir. You should told him earlier or during the therapy if you want to add more pressure but you might get disabled sir.

I went here on this spa yesterday and I was so relaxed since I have touched by miko.. so nice and pleasant massage.. He is also good looking but I wonder since I go here weekly, just wondered why they change their uniform. What I experience last tym is good but it would be better if they done it in their previous outfit. Since they are doing “sensual massage” so why do they need such uniform?!?! Of course, they will not commit mistakes since you have a strict policy that your employees abide. I hope, you consider our suggestion since we are regular clients here. Hi spaaddict, we understand your personal concern and the excitement that the old uniform brings to you and your friends but we would like to be seen by clients as a professional and credible spa. Wearing the old massage outfit may not be so nice for some of our professional clients and it also entice most of the clients to do something bad like harassment and clients offering to do them an es favor to our therapist and we do not tolerate it. We would like to maintain our clinic clean and credible so i hope u understand with this sudden change. But dont worry the mgt consulted our therapists in choosing the right and proper uniform that suits them and meets the standard of 8strokes, this is just a temporary change sir we still consider our clients concern since 8strokes is a client-centered clinic. 8strokes is aiming to have a strong client-therapist-management good relationship. The old uniform does not make your spa less credible and that is what keeps us coming back to your medispa.
Unlike the other spas, what’s nice with yours is we get enough excitement but still have good clean massage in the end.
It’s just like having a delicious cake without all the unwanted calories. But now with the change, it seems that even the cake is taken away from your clients.
If you are worried about the “perception” of your guests, why not give this option to choose if old or new uniform to the clients? After all, you said you are a client-centered establishment.

I went in this spa last week, highly commendable. The place was very cozy and relaxing. I like DAN because he massage me so well and the pressure was great! He spent the 1 hour massage so well. Very nice service and affordable.. I would like to recommend DENNIS also, because he has “heavenly touch” and very manly! Just wanna sak, cno ung kalbo na guy na hunk at ung matangkad na guy na mputi pero kamukha sya ni sakuragi??? very nice!!

your spa is our favorite especially when it became bigger, better and bolder!
but with the new change in your policy regarding the therapists’ uniform when giving a massage, it seems that this is not a welcome change both for the therapist (not as comfortable) and your regular guests.
We always go to your spa because we feel that this is by far the cleanest spa in the whole area and believe it or not, the uniform of the therapists before adds to the total relaxation of your clients but now that this has changed, we feel that we should ask you to bring back the old uniform. My friends and I all agree, with the change, it seems that we are not as excited to have our weekly massage anymore.
it is the old uniform that brings the better and bolder in your spa! we hope you will reconsider.

Hi Mr. Required Name, the medical sensual massage, is a whole body combination massage 1hr (shiatsu, swedish, deep tissue) with prostate massage (for men) and breast massage (for women), both of them are for good for health and also as part of breast screening or examination for nodules and lumps. The strokes use on thighs and some sensitive parts are very light that can produce a sensual effect. The therapist are professionally trained under the supervision of a Nurse and PT to avoid hitting the unnecessary part. Hi Mr. Zeki, as of the moment we do not have a bed with a hole since our concept is a japanese room, instead we provide a specialized pillow that supports the neck for good alignment of the spine (ongoing upholstery). The other 8strokes branch might provide that massage bed with a hole.

Hi sir hector! I am very sorry to hear your story regarding that yeast infection. Honestly speaking, this is the first time that I heard a story from one of our clients who had a skin infection after visiting our clinic in our 1year of operation.
I do not want to commit promises but i assure you sir that our linens and bed sheets are clean, well sanitized and disinfected before client’s use. Our linens might not look good because of the faded color but it undergone a private laundry with disinfection (kaya mabilis po nagfefade ang color because of the strong disinfectant). We have a new set of linens to be released soon because ongoing sewing pa po.
We do not know where did you get that infection possible a pre-exposure or post-exposure of other clinic because if there is in our linens, our therapists would be the first victims and so far, we do not have therapists with fungal infection.
And let me clarify sir, is it really a “yeast infection” because most of the yeast infections are caused by a type of yeast called “Candida albicans” that normally lives in the “VAGINA” in small numbers and susceptible to some DIABETIC patients.
But do not worry a healthy vagina has many bacteria and a small number of yeast cells. The most common bacteria called “Lactobacillus acidophilus”, help keep other organisms-like the yeast-under control.
I do not want to intimidate you sir with my medical jargons but are you sure its a yeast infection?…

I was a regular here because of their excellent value for money. The therapists are seasoned and the service has no hanky panky with very competitive rates (Mura). I like Chito, who knows the good strokes. One time though after a session, i got some sort of a yeast infection that had to be treated. This is a nice humble abode of genuine massage. But clients health may be compromised if they don’t change their linens per guests. I noticed that too and should have been the cause of my skin infection. Please have a policy of having fresh sheets for every guest. I can still come back here though, but i’ll make sure i get a clean foam bed.

Very good question you have there, the answer is “THERE IS NO MASSAGE OVERDOSE.”
Massage is one way of relieving or reducing stress level to avoid certain illnesses. therefore, the more stress level you have in your body that more you need to relax yourself. Aside from massage there are other ways in reducing stress. Below are my TOP 10 lists:
1. Deep Breathing Exercise
2. Sleep
3. Biofeedback (Mind over matter)
4. Imagery (Think of something good , Imagine it, Feel it, Smell it, Taste it in mind & Breath in & out, Ahhhhh and feel relax….)
5. Accupuncture/accupressure
6. Reflexology
7. Warm bath (Sauna/Steam bath)
8. Daily Exercise
9. Eat food that can release “endorphins or happy hormones” in your blood (CHocolate)
10. Have a great Sex (sounds weird but yes sex is healthy but with your partner)

I graduated last April and was able to land a job by the month of September.
I wanted to treat my mom and dady myself na rn since i need pampering moments since hindi maiiwasan mag karon ng stessors in life.

I made reservations by 5 pm. I was advised by Nurse Chad to wait for his text or call. Unfortunately, since i was very tired from work the other day, i slept and wasnt able to wake up by 4 pm… By the time i woke up, my phone was empty and when i charged it, had missed calls and text messages..

Nurse Chad is so kind that he texted me again to confirm if i gusto ko pa mag pareschedule tonight.
My experience was great. The ambience= relaxing specially the smell inside the spa and the sounds.. i love it. kahit piano, npapasabay ako sa pag kanta..
the massage area, okay lang rn.. what matters to me are the strokes na ggawin or nagawa na nila sakn rather. my mom dad and boyfriend had a great time.. they all liked the ginger tea pala nurse chad. we’re all gonna come back to visit again for sure. but baka sa pilar branch na since mas easy access samin. 
the Massauese panalo.. its like they have this magic sa hands lalu n sa stetching (its been a while since my last stretching sarap ng feeling ngayon).. and pag dating sa part na they were like dadagan sayo.. hahahah.. very great.. I also like the mineral oil that they use.. non sticky non greasy and okay yung smell.. aircondition okay lang rn.. the staff were all great smiling face and very polite and humble.. hindi sila mga snobs..
sa labas yung parking lot okay lang rn, andun si kuya guard to keep cars safe.

Hi Sir weh and Doc abe, the Pilar branch is open po 7pm to 4am Mon to Fri and extended til 5am for sat-sun and holidays though we can book u as early as 5pm upon request of clients. Though we accept walk-in clients we still prioritized reserved clients to avoid waiting time on ur part.

Tried it a few months and the service was ok. I went back a month ago and the service was better. I forgot her name but she gave me the best massage so far. I never got a VIP card hopefully next time. What time do you guys answer the phone in the morning? Hopefully, I’ll be getting a discount next time I visit since I recommend 8 strokes to my friends…Good Luck!

hi sir meme, i am sorry to hear about your concern but the routine massage therapy is 50mins to 1hr because the foot scrubbing and the post care is part of the regimen over all it will last about an hour. I am sorry for the 5minutes under time. Btw We do not have specific massage for arms because the flow of massage from back to the tips of the hand is connected, because the rationale behind it is we move the toxins from the prominent area going to the lesser point.

Had to post this cause I really had a very relaxing massage c/o my trusted expert therapist! This was just what I needed after a hard days work! Tried their ginger tea and it was actually good. Glad that I don’t need to go to The Spa for quality service!

I tried their service last January and impress ako with their service considering that they were new in the business at that time. I have tried their scrubs and different massages and talagang nakakarelax. I thought it was impressive and great already but not until I tried Paul’s service. May ikabubuga pa pala. Magaling din si Dan. Very accessible dahil malapit lng sya sa bahay at kung nagutom ka after the massage, malapit lang sa Jolibee at Mcdo. Pero sana available kayo after 2am or kahit sana magstart ng 3pm. Good luck to all of you!

Good day!.after a tiring and stressful day at work, i decided to get pampered with a relaxing massage. 8 Strokes Health Spa really provide the kind of massage i needed.Two thumbs-up for their accomodation and service. Though it’s a little bit noisy because the area is small but other than that it’s all good. I’ll definitely visit again especially I had a VIP CARD now.hehe!..Guys I recommend Jessica for she knows her craft. Thanks and keep it up! =D

Just discovered this a few months ago. This is where I usually go after office and when my back really hurts. The place is nice, very clean and the massage is very affordable. Airconditioning has improved. Therapists are well trained. A good SPA for those in the south!

Walking through a building and on the second floor, 8 Strokes Spa is not easily located but once you do, it’s like opening up a present and finding a wonderful surprise.
Services are quite varied and they offer their signature S Strokes Massage that’s really more medically researched than just merely to tittilate the client.
Therapists are courteous and the extra touch of tea at the end of the session is a welcome treat as well.

Eight Strokes Health Spa, . positive comments muna, sa lahat ng spa na napuntahan ko ito pa lang ag pinaka OK sa akin as of now… very approachable ng mga tauhan nila dito, may libreng tea ka pa after they massage you.. saka ung price sakto sa budget, nd siya mahal… sa pagpunta ko dito buti therapist nila hindi ka inoofferingan ng E.S, ewan ko lang sa iba, since bago pa lang ako pumunta dito yun ang napansin ko kaya binabalik-balikan ko ito, love ko ung massage nila for men… ung higaan nila napaka comfortable ang lambot saka ung unan ang lambot din, para lang akong nasa bahay, nd mabaho mga gamit nila…
negative comments para sa ikabubuti ninyo, ung una kong napansin medyo mahina ung aircon nila, please palakasan niyo naman ng onti, naaawa ako sa mga therapist nila, pinapawisan sila, yung curtain naman nila, pwede bang wala ng hiwa sa gitna kasi pag mahangin ng onti bumubuka ung kurtina kaya medyo kita ka sa labas… saka wag maxado maingay mga tauhan ng spa pag nasa reception area kayo, ang ingay kasi, kakasagabal kayo…
